Operator and acceptance

d20scape is a free service operated by Mattias Poopuu, Astangu tn 54-75, Haabersti linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 13519, Estonia. Contact: support@d20scape.com.

By creating or continuing to use an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old. If you do not agree, do not use an account.

Your account

Provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly if your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security.

Community content

You keep ownership of campaigns, characters, maps, tokens, portraits, documents, audio, custom items, and other original content you create. You grant d20scape a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and share it with the people or public audience you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods and copies that must remain for collaborators after ownership transfer or anonymization.

You promise that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content. Do not upload official campaign books, pirated rulebooks, artwork, music, personal data, or other material you do not have permission to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use d20scape to break the law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; threaten, harass, exploit, or impersonate people; distribute malware; bypass access controls; disrupt the service; scrape it abusively; or publish sexual content involving minors. We may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal demands, or violations of these Terms.

Sharing and campaigns

Campaign owners control membership and campaign resources. Shared content can be copied or viewed by authorized members, so share only with people you trust. Before deleting an account, an owner must delete each owned campaign or transfer it to another member. Players keep characters they own if a campaign is deleted.

Unofficial fan service

d20scape is an unofficial fan-made service. It is not published, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Paizo Inc., Wizards of the Coast, or any other game publisher. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. See the Copyright & Attribution page.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, fail, or be discontinued, and you should keep copies of important community content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that community content is accurate or lawful. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost game data, or losses caused by other users or events outside reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional acts or gross negligence where applicable.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated violations, urgent security risks, or legal requirements, normally with notice when circumstances allow. Material changes to these Terms will use a new version and may require renewed acceptance.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without taking away mandatory protections or courts available to consumers under applicable law. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
